One Heart …

We are all one heart. Never has this been clearer — or more needed — than right now. And although we all have our own individual hearts that experience the awe and mystery of life in their unique ways, we share that invisible force that breathes through us and puts the life force in our bodies.

The heart is especially special to me in that I have had two open heart surgeries and was in the hospital two years year with a heart that almost stopped.

I knew that the only real way I could help myself was to somehow/someway get my body out of the fear state so it could rally its natural forces to reinstate health. I found it by connecting with that life force — channeling the power of awe.

You know that experience where you see/hear/smell/touch something that lifts you up out of your regular way of thinking and feeling. That experience that connects you to something that is greater than yourself. I am a therapist and have taught many clients this process.

In my own life and with my clients, I have witnessed how this connection to something greater than ourselves — call it what you will (spirit, life giver, God, Goddess, universal consciousness, etc.) — carries us through adversity and can even help heal old emotional wounds. I invite you to open your heart to awe and feel into its incredible healing presence.
